Elite Sportbike Announces New Rider Cancellation Product
Elite Sportbike has a new product to help riders out in case they cannot make it to an event for any reason. The voucher allows a rider to retain their credit to ride in case they can't make it to the track.
DULUTH, GA, March 15, 2009 /Motorcycles PR News/ -- Elite is introducing a new product for riders: the rider cancellation voucher. It basically ensures that if you cannot make it to the track that day, for whatever reason, you retain full credit for your paid slot. The fee for the voucher is $30. (Two days is $60.)
It gives the rider credit (not including the fee) for the missed event, transferable to a future event during the calendar year. The fee is the same for any event, whether it is Talladega, Carolina or Barber (or any other tracks we may attend in the future.) The voucher is not retroactive.
The voucher is valid for (depending on whether it is 1 or 2 days) any event during a calendar year until it is used, at which point the rider must purchase another rider cancellation voucher for additional coverage.
It can be added to your cart during your normal purchase or reservation (during checkout online) or it can be purchased online anytime except during the time period motorcycles are on track. (Blackout 7 am through 5 pm during the track day.)
Example #1:
Let's say your bike breaks 2 days before the event. You contact us before 7 am during the event and tell us you can't make it. You will receive credit (for the trackday amount paid) and then are free to reschedule your next event.
Example #2:
You pay for a weekend. You ride the 1st day, but crash and cannot get your bike working again for the 2nd day. After 5 pm on the 1st day, you are allowed to pay $30 to save your 2nd day of riding. You will receive credit to ride either a) 1 day at that track or b) 1/2 the amount you paid for your weekend (the 2nd day.)
